About the role
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
- Supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis
- Perform other typical BCBA activities, documentation, and reporting; leverage tools to streamline administrative tasks
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and mentorship programs to support client outcomes and staff development
Requirements
- Masters degree
- Active BCBA certification, required
- Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
- Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
- Willingness and ability to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
