About the role

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff; supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
  • Manage a smaller-than-average caseload (8-10 cases, ~180 RBT hours per week) with a billable hours expectation of ~27 hours/week
  • Use AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, reduce administrative tasks, and automate reporting
  • Participate in clinical collaboration, special interest groups, and ongoing professional development

Requirements

  • Masters degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
  • Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
  • Willingness and ability to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
