About the role
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff; supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
- Manage a smaller-than-average caseload (8-10 cases, ~180 RBT hours per week) with a billable hours expectation of ~27 hours/week
- Use AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, reduce administrative tasks, and automate reporting
- Participate in clinical collaboration, special interest groups, and ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Masters degree
- Active BCBA certification, required
- Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
- Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
- Willingness and ability to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
