About the role
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff pursuing BCBA certification on a weekly basis
- Manage a smaller caseload (typically 8-10 cases, ~180 RBT hours per week) with lower billable-hour expectations
- Use AI-driven tools to streamline workflow, reduce administrative tasks, and automate reporting
- Collaborate with clinical leadership, participate in special interest groups, and contribute to clinician development
Requirements
- Masters degree
- Active BCBA certification, required
- LBA Preferred (before starting services)
- Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
- Willingness and ability to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
