About the role

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff pursuing BCBA certification on a weekly basis
  • Manage a smaller caseload (typically 8-10 cases, ~180 RBT hours per week) with lower billable-hour expectations
  • Use AI-driven tools to streamline workflow, reduce administrative tasks, and automate reporting
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership, participate in special interest groups, and contribute to clinician development

Requirements

  • Masters degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • LBA Preferred (before starting services)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
  • Willingness and ability to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
