About the role
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates, including weekly supervision
- Lower-than-average billable hours requirement (27 hours per week) and smaller caseloads (8-10 cases, 180 RBT hours per week)
- Flexibility in scheduling and AI-driven tools to reduce administrative tasks
- Participate in organizational initiatives (training, research collaboration, clinical support)
Requirements
- Masters degree
- Active BCBA certification, required
- Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
- Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
- Willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
