About the role

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates, including weekly supervision
  • Lower-than-average billable hours requirement (27 hours per week) and smaller caseloads (8-10 cases, 180 RBT hours per week)
  • Flexibility in scheduling and AI-driven tools to reduce administrative tasks
  • Participate in organizational initiatives (training, research collaboration, clinical support)

Requirements

  • Masters degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
  • Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
  • Willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
