Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive experience specialized in people analytics
- Demonstrated ability to analyze workforce data and translate it into meaningful insights
- Skilled in storytelling and visualization
- Proficient in statistical modeling and organizational research principles
- Highly skilled with employee research, reporting and data analytics tools (SPSS, Tableau, Qualtrics, SuccessFactors Story Reporting)
- Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline (i.e. Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Science)
