About the role
- Perform purchasing processes, including requesting and comparing quotes, verifying and tracking orders, and posting invoices in the ERP
- Process and verify expense reimbursements
- Handle credit card closing processes, including posting transactions, attaching receipts, and meeting deadlines
- Provide general support to employees
- Support organization and control of financial documents
- Assist with the department's financial routines
Requirements
- Experience in finance (accounts payable/receivable, negotiation with customers and suppliers)
- Invoicing/Billing
- Analytical thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Degree or currently studying Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of financial routines
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
- Excel skills at a basic to intermediate level
- Proactive attitude
- Strong sense of responsibility and urgency
- Good organizational skills
- Ease in providing support and strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in finance, purchasing, expense reimbursements, or corporate credit cards
- Experience with Sankhya ERP and Flash system
- Experience working in corporate environments with high-volume workloads
