About the role

  • Managing incoming HR emails and employee requests related to payroll, leave, and employment matters
  • Preparing and issuing employer certificates (employment, insurance, student-related, etc.)
  • Gathering feedback and drafting reference letters
  • Handling insurance submissions (new entries, changes, deletions)
  • Maintaining attendance and study records and leaves
  • Coordinating internal HR correspondence
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding (employee communication, document collection, system setup)
  • Managing contract renewals, expirations, and terminations
  • Preparing and processing work schedules
  • Drafting warning letters and supporting employee relations documentation
  • Assisting in monthly payroll preparation
  • Preparing remote work reimbursement files and other payroll adjustments

Requirements

  • **What we’re looking for**
  • - Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • - Ability to work independently while being part of a broader HR structure
  • - A discreet, service-oriented mindset with a people-first approach
  • - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective HR support through clear communication
  • - A good understanding of Greek labor legislation will be considered an asset
  • - Familiarity with HR systems or payroll tools
  • - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • - At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR or Payroll Admin role
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
  • - Proficient user of Microsoft Office
