About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain a caseload of clients appropriate to the position
  • Direct intervention sessions according to established sustainability goals
  • Manage a group of Behavior Technicians
  • Approve timesheets and complete the payroll spreadsheet bi-weekly
  • Conduct monthly check-ins with each staff member
  • Address concerns, questions, and issues from Behavior Technician staff
  • Communicate with the Director and/or HR to problem solve issues
  • Support onboarding and interviews of Behavior Technician staff
  • Coordinate first-week schedules and training needs
  • Monitor progress on RBT trainings
  • Ensure completion and submission of CBT applications and monitor status
  • Conduct first-week, first-month, and 90-day check-ins for new staff
  • Implement departmental policies determined by ICAN
  • Attend and represent ICAN at marketing and community events
  • Supervise revenue attainment and growth under the guidance of the ABA Management Team
  • Lead team trainings and meetings on clinical, administrative, and operational topics
  • Collaborate and problem solve on issues impacting program and departmental sustainability
  • Maintain clinical and administrative records
  • Implement procedural changes with high fidelity
  • Manage staff and collaborate with rehab providers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and current Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Washington, or current Licensure as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LaBA) in the state of Washington, or current Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and current Licensure as a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) in the state of Washington
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field for the RBT/CBT pathway
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders
  • Passing Background Screening and verification
  • Direct experience implementing service to children with autism
  • Ability to prioritize and schedule work tasks independently
  • Ability to maintain clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and state guidelines
  • Ability to implement procedural changes immediately and with high fidelity
  • Experience managing staff and collaborating with rehab providers regularly and effectively
