About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and monitor actual and projected management cash flow, analyzing the financial transactions of group companies
Provide technical guidance to Financial Assistants on bank reconciliations and direct the resolution of discrepancies
Support managers and internal users in resolving tax-related issues and control advance accounts
Analyze, validate and monitor invoices processed by Financial Assistants
Consolidate and validate the financial e-book for updating Power BI dashboards
Manipulate and process data in Excel for databases, management reports and foreign exchange variance analyses
Support the preparation and analysis of the Income Statement (DRE) and the Balance Sheet
Prepare financial closing reports on both cash and accrual bases
Monitor partners' capital movements and control withdrawals
Liaise with domestic and international accounting teams, aligning financial, accounting and tax information
Support configurations, improvements and validations of the Protheus ERP with IT and external consultants
Prepare analyses and results presentations for managers and organizational areas
Manage cost centers and chart of accounts
Support foreign exchange operations and purchases of USD, EUR and GBP
Oversee tax management, including IR (Income Tax), PIS, COFINS, CSLL and ISS
Review the work of Financial Assistants to ensure the quality of information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields
Knowledge of financial routines, cash flow and reconciliations
Experience preparing financial reports, manipulating data in Excel and analyzing results
Intermediate to advanced Excel
ERP system knowledge is desirable
Basic accounting and corporate budgeting knowledge
