About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide the Product Team’s & Company’s strategy for AI adoption
- Build, maintain, and expand the suite of AI-powered skills and tools
- Develop and maintain a structured context library
- Own templates for PRDs, roadmaps, business cases
- Partner with Finance to track metrics and update units
- Ensure PMs have configured AI environments
- Serve as the internal expert on AI toolchain configuration
- Drive AI tool adoption through enablement and training
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in product management, product operations, or a comparable role
- BA/BS in business, technology, or a related field required
- Deep, hands-on AI fluency
- Experience building and maintaining structured knowledge systems
- Expert systems thinking
- Technically fluent: comfortable with markdown, APIs, dashboards, Jira administration, and light scripting
- Exceptional communicator
- Self-directed and ownership-oriented
- Experience in building or managing MCP integrations and performance marketing environments is a strong plus
