About the role
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers
- Ensure that the team is successfully performing in their role including monitoring campaigns
- Drive towards gross profit targets by coaching a team
- Assist the team in maintaining and improving alignment across cross-functional teams
- Provide leadership on cross-functional initiatives that create meaningful business impact
- Train the team to utilize analytics tools for client reporting
- Take ownership of projects to enhance the team’s goals
- Act as a leadership presence within the Revenue organization
Requirements
- 8+ year of proven digital media and/or promotions experience
- 5+ years of Account Management/Sales/Analytics experience
- 1-2 years experience managing a team preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Technical Skills: G Suite, Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
