About the role

  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers
  • Ensure that the team is successfully performing in their role including monitoring campaigns
  • Drive towards gross profit targets by coaching a team
  • Assist the team in maintaining and improving alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Provide leadership on cross-functional initiatives that create meaningful business impact
  • Train the team to utilize analytics tools for client reporting
  • Take ownership of projects to enhance the team’s goals
  • Act as a leadership presence within the Revenue organization

Requirements

  • 8+ year of proven digital media and/or promotions experience
  • 5+ years of Account Management/Sales/Analytics experience
  • 1-2 years experience managing a team preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Technical Skills: G Suite, Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
