About the role

  • Lead the day-to-day operations and administration of benefits programs
  • Manage vendor and broker relationships
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Analyze benefits data, utilization, and cost trends
  • Lead the implementation and communication of new or updated benefit programs
  • Develop and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications
  • Oversee data integrations, file feeds, and audits across HRIS and carrier systems
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement
  • Research market trends and recommend enhancements
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end benefits programs
  • Hands-on experience with Workday
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits programs, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to design and implement thoughtful, innovative benefits programs
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate evolving regulations with flexibility and sound judgment
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
