About the role
- Lead the day-to-day operations and administration of benefits programs
- Manage vendor and broker relationships
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Analyze benefits data, utilization, and cost trends
- Lead the implementation and communication of new or updated benefit programs
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications
- Oversee data integrations, file feeds, and audits across HRIS and carrier systems
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement
- Research market trends and recommend enhancements
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end benefits programs
- Hands-on experience with Workday
- Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits programs, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to design and implement thoughtful, innovative benefits programs
- Demonstrated ability to navigate evolving regulations with flexibility and sound judgment
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
