About the role

  • You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to drive company growth through customer acquisition for Future Machine Labs
  • Using your acquired expertise, you will work closely with your team to deliver agile, solution-oriented rollout strategies for customers, coordinate and optimize internal interfaces, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • You will take responsibility for acquiring new locations
  • You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, present our product on-site, provide comprehensive advice, and ensure their requirements are met
  • You will organize and attend trade shows and events
  • You will work closely with your sales team to achieve project goals, develop sales strategies, and monitor progress
  • You will analyze existing sales processes, identify weaknesses, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree, ideally in business, management, or a related field
  • You have already gained initial experience in a dynamic environment, for example in sales, a start-up, consulting, or a comparable setting
  • You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, solid team leadership abilities, analytical thinking, and a pronounced customer focus
  • You bring several years of experience in sales and have knowledge of sales strategies and sales processes
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to get involved directly
  • You enjoy traveling and are flexible regarding your workplace
  • You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
