About the role
- You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to drive company growth through customer acquisition for Future Machine Labs
- Using your acquired expertise, you will work closely with your team to deliver agile, solution-oriented rollout strategies for customers, coordinate and optimize internal interfaces, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- You will take responsibility for acquiring new locations
- You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, present our product on-site, provide comprehensive advice, and ensure their requirements are met
- You will organize and attend trade shows and events
- You will work closely with your sales team to achieve project goals, develop sales strategies, and monitor progress
- You will analyze existing sales processes, identify weaknesses, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training or a degree, ideally in business, management, or a related field
- You have already gained initial experience in a dynamic environment, for example in sales, a start-up, consulting, or a comparable setting
- You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, solid team leadership abilities, analytical thinking, and a pronounced customer focus
- You bring several years of experience in sales and have knowledge of sales strategies and sales processes
- You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to get involved directly
- You enjoy traveling and are flexible regarding your workplace
- You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
