About the role
- Make first contact with inbound/outbound leads (email, phone, LinkedIn).
- Conduct consultative qualification (BANT/ICP Fit) to identify sales potential.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and maintain complete records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing on demand-generation campaigns and events.
- Monitor conversion metrics (MQL → SQL → Opportunity).
- Ensure the quality and continuous updating of the sales pipeline.
- Manage the CRM.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant, SDR, or Inside Sales in technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an analytical and curious profile.
- Knowledge of qualification methodologies (BANT, SPIN, ICP Fit).
- Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
