About the role

  • Make first contact with inbound/outbound leads (email, phone, LinkedIn).
  • Conduct consultative qualification (BANT/ICP Fit) to identify sales potential.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and maintain complete records in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on demand-generation campaigns and events.
  • Monitor conversion metrics (MQL → SQL → Opportunity).
  • Ensure the quality and continuous updating of the sales pipeline.
  • Manage the CRM.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant, SDR, or Inside Sales in technology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an analytical and curious profile.
  • Knowledge of qualification methodologies (BANT, SPIN, ICP Fit).
  • Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
