About the role

  • Implementation of quantitative data quality assurance, cleaning, and analysis plans
  • Management and oversight of key research task implementation
  • Management and growth of partnerships with study site clinics, telehealth providers, and advocacy organizations
  • Management of quantitative and qualitative study protocols, data collection, and data analysis
  • Development of evidence-based, actionable materials for dissemination to a variety of audiences
  • Supporting development of grant proposals and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in public health, public policy, or related discipline, or four years of equivalent experience
  • Experience in supporting or managing the design and implementation of quantitative research
  • Demonstrated ability in data cleaning, data quality assurance, and implementing data analysis plans in R or Stata (R preferred)
  • Ability to collaborate and manage partnerships with a range of interest-holders
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to make and carry out decisions independently and dedication to team building and collaboration
  • Excellent managerial and organizational skills, including being a self-starter, a problem-solver, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
