About the role
- Implementation of quantitative data quality assurance, cleaning, and analysis plans
- Management and oversight of key research task implementation
- Management and growth of partnerships with study site clinics, telehealth providers, and advocacy organizations
- Management of quantitative and qualitative study protocols, data collection, and data analysis
- Development of evidence-based, actionable materials for dissemination to a variety of audiences
- Supporting development of grant proposals and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Master’s degree in public health, public policy, or related discipline, or four years of equivalent experience
- Experience in supporting or managing the design and implementation of quantitative research
- Demonstrated ability in data cleaning, data quality assurance, and implementing data analysis plans in R or Stata (R preferred)
- Ability to collaborate and manage partnerships with a range of interest-holders
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
- Ability to make and carry out decisions independently and dedication to team building and collaboration
- Excellent managerial and organizational skills, including being a self-starter, a problem-solver, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
