Requirements

Master’s degree in a relevant field
**Project Management Professional (PMP)** certification
Minimum **10 years of experience** supporting large corporations or government agencies
Demonstrated experience **planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing complex programs**
Proven ability to manage programs within **integrated healthcare systems**
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
**5+ years of experience** managing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) or similar healthcare-related programs
**5+ years supporting VHA** or similarly large healthcare systems (e.g., systems with 15+ medical centers)
**10+ years of experience in healthcare environments** relevant to program objectives
Familiarity with **VISN structures, VA medical center operations**, and federal healthcare program requirements
Experience driving **innovation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives** in healthcare settings
