About the role
- Manage multiple customer implementations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including R&D, product development, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
- Define project activities such as planning, scoping, issue/risk management and project reporting.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Perform technical tasks and system management of the Cloud based solution.
- Build strong relationships and trust with customer stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor system usage and clinical engagement to ensure AI tools are being integrated into daily diagnostic workflows.
- Systematically gather customer feedback and pain points to influence the Ibex product roadmap.
- Collaborate with customers to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conduct periodic Business Reviews to demonstrate the value Ibex is delivering.
- Ensure a smooth transition from ‘deployment’ phase to ‘long-term maintenance’, maintaining a relationship that minimizes churn.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Project/Implementation Manager, specifically within Digital Pathology, / IMS / EHR) - a must!
- A proven track record of managing the full lifecycle of customer implementations, from initial technical engagement to post-implementation, stability and growth - a must!
- Experience with Digital Pathology workflow and integrations - preferred
- Proven ability to manage ‘Change Management’ within a clinical setting
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable presenting technical and clinical value propositions to ‘C-suite’ hospital executives
- Knowledge of Cloud based solutions and their infrastructures
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (HIPAA)
- A ‘hands-on’ and proactive individual with strong collaboration skills
- Excellent English communication skills – In writing and verbal
- Fluency in additional language/s – preferred
- Travel estimated at ~25%
