About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the ongoing improvement of IBEX’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Assist with documenting and standardizing business processes.
- Help align QMS processes with ISO standards.
- Support internal audit preparation and corrective action tracking.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current enrollment or completion of a program in related field preferred
- ISO 9001 coursework or certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and accept feedback
