About the role

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-profile flagship corporate and member events
  • Support the Event Manager by working across every phase of the event
  • Develop event assets, branding, and manage communications
  • Oversee onsite delivery, including registration and speaker management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape events and provide updates
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • B2B event management experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a B2B role
  • Proven track record in developing, delivering, and tracking integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience in content creation – including digital and social media
  • Experience with cvent and Click Dimensions or similar is an advantage
  • Understanding of AI tools to drive innovation and productivity is an advantage
