About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain business process maps, gap analyses, business requirements, testing artifacts, training materials, and other project deliverables
Provide analysis, documentation, and project support to Transformation Architects and Transformation Specialists
Support test planning, test execution, training development, and training delivery
Build and maintain partnerships with business stakeholders to understand processes, operational needs, and business drivers
Identify, evaluate, and drive process improvement opportunities with business stakeholders
Travel up to 25% as needed for meetings, workshops, training, and project-related activities
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of relevant experience, including leading and managing programs
Experience developing business process maps, gap analysis documentation, business change technical requirements, testing deliverables, and training deliverables
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a strategic mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience facilitating group sessions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Consistent focus on change management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Visio
Ability to forge relationships, inspire and motivate others, and drive a culture of accountability
Ability to manage medium-large sized project efforts effectively
Knowledge of business problems and identifying solutions
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future for employment purposes
