About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain automation solutions that eliminate repetitive manual work across infrastructure, identity, and Microsoft 365 services.
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to provision, configure, and govern cloud and on-premises resources in a repeatable, auditable way.
Build automation and integrations using the Microsoft Graph API to streamline identity, licensing, Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint operations.
Author and maintain PowerShell scripts and runbooks to automate provisioning, reporting, lifecycle management, and remediation tasks.
Design, implement, and operate Microsoft cloud solutions including Azure services (compute, networking, storage, monitoring), Entra ID (access controls, roles, MFA, conditional access), and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint).
Configure and maintain Windows Server environments across cloud and on-premises, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
Maintain the security, compliance, disaster recovery readiness, and performance of cloud and on-premises services.
Identify root causes of recurring issues and eliminate them through automation rather than repeated manual resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Application Support, Data, PMO) to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in cloud technologies, automation, and infrastructure engineering
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform for Azure resource deployment and governance
Proven experience working with Microsoft Graph API to build automation, reporting, and integrations across Entra, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Exchange
Strong PowerShell scripting expertise, including modules, advanced functions, and error handling
Experience with automation platforms such as Azure Automation, Logic Apps, or Azure Functions
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Entra (Azure AD), including virtual machines, networking, storage, security, monitoring, identity management, MFA, and conditional access
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security principles, and governance models
Demonstrated operational mindset, with a track record of reducing manual effort, ticket volume, or process cycle time through automation
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require VISA sponsorship.
