About the role
- Coordinate and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Own and centralize the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a seamless experience (with backup support as needed).
- Manually post job openings on specific job boards when required.
- Oversee and execute the annual purge of I-9 documentation in compliance with federal regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to temporary recruiting needs.
- Manage and process recruiting-related invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update labor law posters across all locations.
- Oversee new hire welcome gifts process and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Maintain company-branded merchandise for recruiting and employee engagement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- High School degree with two year of relevant experience.
- Onboarding experience in a professional, fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require VISA sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination or HR support (Preferred).
- Familiarity with WORKDAY or any other applicant tracking systems (Preferred).
