About the role
- Reporting directly to the co‑founders, you will have full ownership of the brand's social media strategy (TikTok, Instagram, UGC, creators, content…)
- Define an overarching strategy (acquisition, conversion, brand)
- Build a strong, coherent and distinctive editorial line
- Devise formats that will help audiences love and understand iara (posts, videos, live streams, mini‑series…)
- Coordinate content production with our creators and partners
- Oversee editorial calendars, product launches and campaigns
- Drive organic growth with a strong performance focus
- Identify opportunities (trends, influencers, collaborations) to amplify our brand awareness
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media / content / brand within a startup, a DTC brand, or a high‑exposure agency
- You have previously grown a brand on Instagram and TikTok (organic and/or paid)
- You understand the objectives of performance, awareness and conversion
- You're as comfortable with storytelling as you are with KPIs
- You have a strategic mindset but are not afraid to be hands‑on
- You know how to brief, manage and coordinate a team of creators and freelancers
- Bonus if you have experience in beauty, women's products, or mobile apps
