Product Designer

• Conceptualize and design modern, user-friendly user interfaces for our web and (optional) mobile applications
• Structure complex domains into clear information architecture, navigation concepts, and interaction designs
• Develop wireframes, clickable prototypes, and scalable design systems (components, tokens, patterns)
• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys) and usability tests - remote and on-site
• Analyze usage data (e.g., tracking, funnels, feedback) to continuously improve UI/UX
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders from concept to go-live
• Ensure a consistent and accessible UI/UX across all products and platforms
• Maintain and evolve our design system and brand style guides in Figma (including documentation and guidelines)
• Support the implementation process (design handover, reviews, QA of frontend implementations)
