About the role
- Plan, coordinate and execute events (internal and external), workshops, congresses and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Manage full logistics: venues, suppliers, supplies, promotional materials and budgets.
- Coordinate with commercial, clinical and product teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Oversee regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to events in the medical industry.
- Develop communications and event support materials (invitations, presentations, kits).
- Manage registrations, attendance and post-event follow-up to measure impact and commercial opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with medical societies, institutions and key stakeholders.
- Support product launches through experiential marketing activities.
Requirements
- Advanced student or graduate in Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
- Intermediate English.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Organized, solution-oriented and self-directed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with physicians, suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, internal platforms, and design tools (Canva is a plus).
- Prior experience in the healthcare environment or with medical events (preferred).
