- Overall responsibility for all herd areas (350 dairy cows plus youngstock)
- Development and organization of treatment strategies
- Monitoring of feed supply and formulation of rations
- Documentation of animal and health data for dairy cows and youngstock
- Personnel responsibility for 14 employees
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or university degree plus relevant professional experience
- Experience in personnel/people management
- Passion, commitment and a strong sense of responsibility
