About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee global operations compliance and drive quality assurance across IAG Cargo.
  • Provide support and advice to the regions in fields of aviation security, health & safety, standards and quality management.
  • Develop and manage an audit, inspection and monitoring plan for the IAGC network to ensure compliance with Air Operations, ISARPS and other regulations, each operating companies policy and IAG Cargo's standards.
  • Where shortfalls exist make appropriate recommendations and monitor completion.
  • Carry out investigations of safety & security incidents as required and directed by Compliance management.
  • Produce clear and concise reports on findings, observations and recommendations through the various tools of the quality programme.
  • Support in the development, implementation and maintenance of the combined global technical standards across IAGC.
  • Support the process of obtaining and maintaining regulatory approvals where they are required.
  • Production of trend analysis, metric collection, analytics and reporting across all operations, ensuring transparency across the network.
