About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the coordinated delivery of IAG Cargo’s most important global commercial initiatives.
  • Manage the Regional Business Managers, providing clear direction, support and challenge.
  • Work across regions to ensure consistent execution, strong governance and clear progress in support of the Global Selling Strategy and Joint Business partnerships.
  • Coordinate Business Management activity for Joint Business partnerships (e.g. QR, MH), ensuring alignment, governance and consolidated reporting.
  • Coordinate delivery of the sales incentive process across regions, including timelines, inputs and execution.
  • Support delivery of the Global Selling Strategy by embedding a global mindset and ensuring aligned regional execution.
  • Provide structured tracking, governance and issue resolution to accelerate delivery of agreed priorities.
  • Identify cross‑regional dependencies, risks and opportunities, escalating where required to enable effective decision‑making.
  • Partner closely with Sales Effectiveness Manager and Head of Business Management to ensure alignment on directorate priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong programme and stakeholder management capability.
  • Experience delivering complex, multi‑region initiatives.
  • Confidence operating at senior leadership level.
  • Highly structured with strong planning and execution discipline.
