About the role

  • Participating in meetings with internal partners to understand their objectives and business needs
  • Contributing to the preparation of simple documentation (definitions, calculation rules, data sources)
  • Helping design, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards within the Oracle environment (OTBI, BI Publisher, FR Studio), Excel, and occasionally Power BI
  • Testing reports, identifying and documenting issues, collaborating on the implementation of fixes
  • Collaborating with the team to present analyses, suggest improvement opportunities, apply data visualization best practices

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration (accounting, finance, or management information systems) or a related field
  • Strong interest in data
  • Comfortable manipulating data and producing analyses using Excel and BI tools or equivalent solutions
  • Solid foundations in data analysis as well as an interest in financial concepts (revenues, expenses, budgets, performance indicators)
  • Rigor, organization, attention to detail, customer focus, and collaborative mindset
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of SQL or data extraction and transformation tools such as Power Query (considered an asset)
