About the role
- Track and receive the medical requirements necessary to assess applications for coverage
- Scan and file medical reports and records into the appropriate systems
- Validate medical invoices and ensure their compliance
- Order required medical examinations to complete file analysis
- Process insurability declarations and open files in the system
- Respond to incoming calls from group policyholders across Canada
- Report any anomalies or malfunctions in the medical selection process
- Participate in continuous process improvement
Requirements
- College diploma (DEC) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience
- Strong ability to learn and adapt
- Team player, detail-oriented, and analytical
- Medical knowledge (major asset)
- Advanced proficiency in English
