About the role
- Act as a field reference for the use of Salesforce
- Work closely with Agency Directors and Sales Directors
- Respond to complex questions from Assistant Directors and Sales Directors
- Serve as a strategic link between agencies and the CRM team
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Product Manager
- Measure Salesforce adoption and performance
- Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of Salesforce features
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Salesforce-related role
- Strong functional expertise in Salesforce, particularly in reports, dashboards, and analytical tools
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
- Intermediate level of proficiency in English
- Diploma in administration, information technology, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a complex and evolving environment
