About the role
- Support successful implementation of IT projects and change initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and manage resources
- Gather data and KPIs for internal and external reporting
- Perform data analysis on large datasets
- Assist in employee training for new technology implementations
- Monitor organizational projects related to AI, robotics, and automation
- Facilitate IT project collaboration and report on progress to stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience coordinating small to mid-size, cross-functional IT projects
- Ability to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Skilled in data analysis and working with multi-source data
- Working experience with IT processes, project lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall), and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
