About the role
- Manage and mobilize resources (employees and contractors), including recruitment, development, performance evaluation and retention.
- Plan, organize and optimize the unit's workload, ensuring efficient resource allocation and alignment with business priorities.
- Be accountable for the delivery of IT solutions and the provision of services, including operational performance, quality of deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Define and implement the strategies, action plans and activities required to achieve the unit's objectives.
- Oversee the tactical and operational management of IT services, including escalation handling and coordination with IT partners and business units.
- Act, by delegation, as the primary IT contact for the serviced business units and represent the management in various forums.
- Contribute to budget management, ensuring compliance with costs, schedules and project scope.
- Serve as an IT asset steward, ensuring the health, evolution and performance of the systems, applications and platforms under your responsibility.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience combining management and information technology responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other relevant equivalent education.
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in English to interact and collaborate regularly with external English-speaking vendors.
