About the role

  • Support the AI@iA team / CTO Office in aligning business strategy, technology strategy, and AI initiatives led by various business units
  • Participate in the analysis and structuring of AI decision frameworks, particularly regarding prioritization, consistency, value, and risk management
  • Contribute to preparing narratives and briefing materials for executive leadership to position AI at the appropriate strategic level
  • Help bridge actual technological capabilities with strategic ambitions and constraints specific to the financial services context, including governance, accountability, and risk.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer or software engineering with a specialization in artificial intelligence
  • Recognized for strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Demonstrates autonomy, rigor, and creativity
  • Shows a solid understanding of AI capabilities and challenges
  • Proficient with generative AI tools.
