About the role
- Participate in the development, enhancement, and optimization of actuarial models to support business decision-making
- Perform experience studies and contribute to the development of actuarial assumptions for group savings and pension products
- Collaborate in the development of pricing strategies for the Group Insurance, Savings and Retirement Solutions (SAEC) sector
- Contribute to the design and calculation of various compensation programs related to products and business lines
- Improve analytical processes and tools to generate gains in efficiency, quality, and reliability of results
- Participate in various strategic initiatives, including the preparation of the business line budget
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Canadian pension system
- Experience in using and developing complex financial projection models
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science
- Completion of one or more actuarial exams (SOA or CIA) is considered an asset
- Proficiency in both French and English is required
