About the role
- Participate in project planning, monitoring, and coordination (objectives, deliverables, risks, timelines, dashboards, tracking tools, governance meetings, etc.)
- Take charge of certain departmental projects and support efforts to enhance the performance of the business system
- Document partner needs, clarify expectations, and produce structured analyses to support decision‑making
- Prepare various deliverables such as meeting minutes, presentations, tracking templates, and other working documents
- Identify operational pain points, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions to optimize existing processes
- Collaborate closely with partners, users, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Apply project management, Lean, and continuous improvement principles in daily activities
Requirements
- Currently completing a master’s degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or any related field
- Ability to build strong working relationships with partners at various organizational levels
- Strong interest in project management, collaboration, and problem-solving
- Demonstrates curiosity, autonomy, rigor, and strong analytical thinking
- Knowledge of Lean/Agile principles (an asset)
