About the role

  • Develop, write, modify and document business analyses in accordance with the business architecture specifications
  • Document, design and optimize business processes
  • Collaborate closely with the business architect to define implementation strategies and testing approaches
  • Plan, write, execute, validate and coordinate acceptance testing
  • Analyze, design and implement business solutions and controls
  • Identify, document and recommend detailed solutions to meet the various operational needs of the business unit
  • Support users during the implementation of new processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a business analyst, preferably in finance, accounting or banking
  • Accounting designation (CPA) considered an asset
  • Strong expertise in business processes and structured analysis methods
  • Recognized for analytical rigor and the ability to clarify complex requirements
  • Comfortable with technology and autonomous in using a variety of tools (Windows, Power BI, Azure DevOps, HOPEX, Oracle ERP Cloud – assets)
  • Intermediate proficiency in English, as the role requires regular communication with subsidiaries in the United States and Canada
