About the role
- Leading continuous improvement and development projects, from planning through delivery
- Analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and proposing appropriate solutions
- Identifying process impacts and recommending concrete improvement opportunities
- Ensuring the coordination, prioritization, and alignment of ongoing initiatives
- Facilitating collaborative workshops with stakeholders to drive innovation and performance
- Contributing to the definition and implementation of effective and sustainable business solutions
- Providing strategic change management support to promote adoption and ownership of initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in business process analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the Career agency network is an asset
- Advanced level of English proficiency
