About the role
- Conducting investigations and inquiries related to fraud cases, including document analysis, information gathering, and interviews
- Planning and carrying out audit engagements, including establishing timelines and coordinating with audited business units
- Developing and implementing audit programs based on identified risks
- Assessing the design and effectiveness of internal controls as part of audit engagements
- Drafting, presenting, and communicating audit reports, including findings and recommendations
- Monitoring the implementation of recommendations, including tracking remediation timelines
- Evaluating the effectiveness of controls implemented following audit recommendations
Requirements
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in investigations, audit, compliance, or fraud prevention
- Supported by a university degree in business administration or a related field
- A professional designation or audit certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent is a major asset
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written
- Advanced level of French, both spoken and written
