About the role
- Analyze compliance elements and technological risks
- Contribute to control monitoring by performing checks and assisting with process documentation
- Provide administrative support to ensure consistency of risk management activities according to established standards
- Participate in special assignments by providing logistical support and contributing to research and analysis
- Assist in preparing quarterly reports on IT risk and compliance by collecting and organizing required data
- Help track deadlines by preparing follow-up reports
Requirements
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in IT, cybersecurity, business administration, accounting, or another relevant field
- Recognized for autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Demonstrates leadership, rigor, analytical thinking, and strong communication and collaboration skills
- Shows a strong interest in IT compliance and risk and is comfortable with technological tools such as advanced Excel functions and artificial intelligence
- Familiarity with LEAN principles (an asset)
- Practical auditing experience (an asset)
