About the role
- Participate in defining and designing solutions (functionalities, services, technical components) by applying best practices and a “just enough — just in time” approach.
- Contribute to testing (functional and technical), including execution, validation and support for partners.
- Apply and develop functional rules, technical specifications, design standards and solution delivery standards.
- Support solution implementation by contributing to proofs of concept, effort estimates, test strategies, documentation, training and knowledge content.
- Ensure the sustainability and evolution of IT assets by maintaining documentation, participating in technology watch activities, and supporting applications and industry practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or another relevant field, and 5–7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience within the Salesforce ecosystem is a significant asset.
- Recognized for strong autonomy and excellent communication, writing and simplification skills, with a pronounced ability to transfer knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain harmonious, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders from various sectors and at all organizational levels.
- Strong knowledge of Lean/Agile principles and the ability to apply them in a team environment.
- Known for solid skills in analysis, processing, coordination and collaboration.
- Fluency in French and advanced proficiency in English is required, as the role involves daily communication and presentations to internal and external clients across Canada.
