About the role

  • Represent the function to corporate risk and compliance bodies and strengthen your role as an advisor and facilitator.
  • Participate in the preparation and evolution of accountability reporting to committees.
  • Enhance the governance framework, controls, and key risk indicators.
  • Advise and support IT teams in interpreting second-line expectations and analyzing risk and compliance elements.
  • Improve control monitoring and ensure alignment with organizational expectations.
  • Closely track deadlines related to risk and compliance requirements.
  • Follow up on recommendations from internal/external audits and on mitigation plans.
  • Contribute to due diligence and integration assessments for acquisitions/subsidiaries.
  • Provide critical oversight of how IT areas manage risks and advise on best practices.
  • Participate in various special assignments related to IT risk and compliance.
  • Integrate generative AI and automate activities to increase productivity.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates cross-functional leadership and strong influencing abilities in a transformation context.
  • Excels at managing multiple priorities.
  • Possesses strong analytical rigor and sharp professional judgment.
  • Stands out for excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Has 7 to 10 years of experience in risk management, systems audit, or related fields, ideally in insurance or finance.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in IT, security, accounting, or a related field.
  • Holds recognized certifications (COBIT, ISO 27001, CISA, CRISC, ITIL v3).
  • Has excellent knowledge of governance frameworks, technology trends, and AI tools.
  • Has an intermediate level of English.
