About the role
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to design and present solutions
- Identify stakeholders and analyze the impact of proposed solutions
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies and planning events
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Support partners and users throughout the delivery process
- Identify requirements for customer-facing interfaces
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Strong analytical skills, rigorous documentation practices, and attention to detail
- Proven experience in business analysis and product management
- Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
