Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines using Power BI, SQL Server, Azure, Snowflake and Google Cloud.
Build interactive, visually compelling dashboards and reports in Power BI
Adhere to iA’s Power BI governance model, including policies, frameworks, and standards.
Work with application developers, data engineers, and business analysts to integrate Power BI solutions into broader business applications.
Stay updated on emerging BI technologies, including AI-enhanced analytics features in Power BI.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Power BI development in an enterprise setting.
Strong proficiency in DAX, M language, SQL, and data modeling
Strong knowledge of data governance and compliance requirements for data and analytics.
Experience with Azure, Snowflake, and data warehouse design and Google cloud
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
