About the role
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients in Eastern Canada, building and nurturing trusted relationships
- Understand plan sponsors' needs and propose value-added solutions
- Communicate regularly with clients and proactively inform them about our products and services
- Deliver in-depth training on our products, tools and services
- Use your communication skills to effectively manage client expectations
- Collaborate with education specialists to prepare communication plans
- Support the sales team by participating in presentations
- Establish, implement and maintain our service model
- Participate in various workshops and internal meetings
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in group benefits or customer service
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and a group insurance license from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Advanced English language skills, as this role requires daily communication and participation in meetings in English with anglophone clients and partners
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Self-directed with strong organizational skills
- Solid understanding of Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizen, DMS)
