About the role

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients in Eastern Canada, building and nurturing trusted relationships
  • Understand plan sponsors' needs and propose value-added solutions
  • Communicate regularly with clients and proactively inform them about our products and services
  • Deliver in-depth training on our products, tools and services
  • Use your communication skills to effectively manage client expectations
  • Collaborate with education specialists to prepare communication plans
  • Support the sales team by participating in presentations
  • Establish, implement and maintain our service model
  • Participate in various workshops and internal meetings

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in group benefits or customer service
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint
  • Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and a group insurance license from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
  • Advanced English language skills, as this role requires daily communication and participation in meetings in English with anglophone clients and partners
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Self-directed with strong organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizen, DMS)
