About the role
- Analyze and document observability needs for partners/users and provide support throughout the delivery process
- Perform in-depth analyses and review data to identify trends, gaps, and root causes, while proposing solutions to improve processes
- Collaborate actively with teams to deliver high-quality outputs, participate in team activities (ceremonies, Definition of Done, etc.), and ensure service excellence
- Automate the deployment and instrumentation of observability solutions using tools such as Dynatrace, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Contribute to resolving operational issues and optimizing observability platforms within a Lean/Agile context
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science or a related field and must complete a credited internship in Summer 2026
- Demonstrates rigor, analytical thinking, curiosity, and autonomy in learning
- Stands out for their ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Recognized for their synthesis skills and ability to simplify technical concepts
- Knowledge of observability tools such as Dynatrace, Terraform, and Kubernetes (an asset)
- Understands Lean/Agile principles and can apply them in a team setting (an asset)
