About the role
- Developing and documenting tools that support the processes of the Office of the Chief Privacy Officer.
- Contributing to the application of processes related to privacy incident management, access-to-information requests, and privacy impact assessments.
- Supporting business units in understanding and applying privacy practices, procedures, and technological tools.
- Participating in the continuous improvement of technological tools under the responsibility of the Chief Privacy Officer.
- Contributing to the creation and revision of awareness activities and corporate training related to privacy protection.
- Preparing reports required by regulatory authorities as part of the incident management process.
- Participating in drafting reports for internal governance bodies at iA Financial Group, including collecting information from various stakeholders.
- Responding to privacy-related questions from partners, employees, clients, and other individuals.
Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience in compliance, law, or a legal department
- holds a diploma in legal techniques, law, or another relevant field
- intermediate knowledge of English
- advanced level of French both oral and written
