About the role

  • Execute tests of new features within your module, as well as tests for bug support requests reported by the client for fixes.
  • Report, document, and monitor the process of opening, analyzing, completing fixes and re-testing bugs/defects, ensuring individual and effective follow-up of identified bugs/defects.
  • Participate in planning the project and support structure to understand the activities assigned to you.
  • Assist in preparing project test plans, defining test data, test environments and support, including regression testing.
  • Assist in creating scripts for test automation.
  • Participate in analyzing reports from manual and automated test executions, and provide feedback to developers using a bug tracker for required fixes.
  • Support and accompany UAT and client testing as internal support for testing processes.
  • Follow and apply the standard for Test Cases/specifications, ensuring the quality (governance) established by the Software Quality area, and report any deviations identified.
  • Ensure schedule adherence and client service according to deadlines agreed and set by leadership.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of SQL is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of Visual Studio.
  • Solid knowledge of testing methodologies — test processes and test phases such as functional, integration and UAT, including white-box, black-box and gray-box testing.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is desirable.
  • Preferably at least one certification in testing methodology — e.g., CTFL, ISTQB, BSTQB or equivalent.
  • Experience with structured testing processes and test automation is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Postman is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Playwright is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or technical course in progress in technology or related fields.
