About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help design and improve the security of our Azure tenant, Entra ID, and identity and access setup
Guide protecting employees, endpoints, and tools
Investigate alerts, respond to breaches or policy violations
Suggest smarter ways of working and contribute to security processes
Maintain compliance with frameworks such as ISO27001 and NIS2
Drive system patching efforts for user endpoints and server infrastructure
Help implement or improve SOC tooling like SIEM and SOAR
Track security threats and stay ahead
Ensure relevant updates to stakeholders and document security processes
Aid other departments and product teams to handle security in their systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience securing enterprise environments
Hands-on experience securing Azure, Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, Intune, and Microsoft Defender
SOC/Blue Team experience monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats
Experience implementing and improving SIEM, SOAR, and detection capabilities
Driven vulnerability remediation programs
Comfortable advising technical teams on security controls
Reliable and flexible availability, even outside regular hours
Netherlands-based and Hybrid-ready
