About the role

  • Design and Build Platform Features: Co-architect new platform features.
  • Automate and Optimize Infrastructure: Automate setup and management of infrastructure.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Development: Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor and Log Systems Health: Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions.
  • Collaborate on Systems Engineering Strategy: Work closely with other teams.
  • Ensure Security and Compliance: Put security best practices into action.
  • Promote SRE and GitOps Practices: Advocate for Reliability and GitOps practices.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.

Requirements

  • Strong Linux Expertise
  • Systems Engineering Experience: At least 4 years of experience working with highly available, distributed, high-traffic systems
  • Private Cloud exposure: Experience deploying and operating Private Cloud platforms
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
  • CI/CD & GitOps: Proven use of Ansible and Terraform
  • Observability experience: Hands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana
  • Collaboration & Mentorship: Experience working in SRE, DevOps, or platform teams
